Greta graduated from Texas State University magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 2002. While in law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, Greta was: the secretary for the Women's Caucus; a member of the Criminal Justice Clinic; secretary for the Tech Law Democrats; and, a member of the mock trial team. She also won Jurisprudence and CALI awards for academic achievement in courses in Torts, Professional Responsibility, and NAFTA.

After graduating from law school magna cum laude in 2005, Greta worked for the West Texas Innocence Project and also did private criminal defense work in Lubbock, Texas. Greta joined The Jeff Diamond Law Firm in October of 2006, where she practices Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Short & Long Term Disability. She is admitted to practice in all of the New Mexico and Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Greta is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Greta is based in the Odessa office of The Jeff Diamond Law Firm.
